These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FLOW$ mobile application (“the App”), provided by FlowsApp (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal use to help you plan and track your personal or household budget. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to our backend systems.
2. Account Registration
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide a valid email address. We reserve the right to suspend accounts created with invalid information or used in violation of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions (Pro)
The App offers an optional Pro subscription with the following plans:
- Monthly — billed monthly.
- Yearly — billed annually, with savings compared to monthly.
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews at the price shown in the App, charged through your Google Play account.
3.1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → FLOW$ → Cancel.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain Pro features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
3.2. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google Play according to Google Play’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
3.3. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. If we do, you will be notified in advance through the App and via Google Play. Continued use of the subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Free Version
The free version of the App provides access to a single budget tab. Some features (multiple tabs, archive, statistics, export) require a Pro subscription.
If your Pro subscription expires, your data is retained, but access to Pro features is restricted until you renew.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (code, design, icons, text — except your own data) is owned by FlowsApp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs.
The App is a budgeting tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make based on data shown in the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowsApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where FlowsApp is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If changes are material, we will prompt you to review and accept the new Terms when you next open the App. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
