This Privacy Policy explains how Epoch Reels (“the Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile game. - display advertising, including rewarded ads, and measure their performance;

- Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — collect analytics events (such as app opens and in-game actions) and crash and performance diagnostics to help us understand usage and keep the Game stable. We do not sell your personal information. We share advertising identifiers and related device data with our advertising provider (Unity Ads) only to deliver and measure ads. Analytics and diagnostics providers (Firebase, PlayFab) process this information on our behalf as our service providers, not for their own purposes.
Advertising
The Game shows advertisements, including rewarded video ads. Ads may use your advertising ID to provide relevant advertising and to limit how often you see the same ad. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (for example, Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Children’s Privacy
Epoch Reels is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your game and account data for as long as needed to provide the Game. You may request deletion of your player account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will delete the data associated with your player account, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, purchase records) to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, and data is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
The Game is operated and its data processed using services that may store and process information in the United States and other countries. By playing, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these locations.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
