These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Epoch Reels mobile game (“the Game”), provided by FlowsApp (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.
1. Eligibility (18+)
Epoch Reels is a social casino game intended for adults aged 18 and over. By playing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Game contains simulated gambling and is not directed to children.
2. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling
Epoch Reels is provided for entertainment purposes only. The Game simulates slot machines and casino-style play, but:
- it does not offer real money gambling;
- it does not offer any opportunity to win real money, prizes, or items of real-world value;
- the virtual coins used in the Game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or anything of value.
Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.
3. Use of the Game
The Game is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;
- use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, other players’ data, or our backend systems;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
4. Accounts and Guest Play
You can play as a guest; the Game creates an anonymous player profile to save your progress. You are responsible for the security of your device and for activity that occurs on it. We may suspend or reset accounts that violate these Terms or that are used to abuse, exploit, or defraud the Game.
5. Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases
The Game includes optional in-app purchases of virtual coins and offers, charged through your Google Play account at the price shown in the Game.
- Virtual coins and other in-game items are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the Game. You do not own them.
- Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world value.
- Purchased coins are delivered to your in-game balance and are consumed as you play.
- We may change the price, contents, or availability of any in-app purchase, and may modify, manage, or remove virtual items, at any time.
6. Refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google Play’s refund policy. We do not process payments or refunds directly. Because virtual coins are delivered and consumable, they are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law.
7. Advertising
The Game displays advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks and may use your device’s advertising identifier as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game (code, design, art, characters, icons, text, and audio) is owned by FlowsApp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display this content without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowsApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of virtual coins, data, or progress, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to us through in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where FlowsApp is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
